Fundraising history

The MetaEndo project has been financed through a combination of non-dilutive EU grant funding and own funds. The total project budget is EUR 892,352, the EU funding received is EUR 587,358.9, and UAB Solita invested EUR 304,993.1 of its own funds in the implementation of the project.

Equity story

Solita is an AI-enabled IVF diagnostics and software company based in Lithuania. Since 2018, UAB Solita has been providing IT and AI services – including data analysis, system architecture, performance analysis and AI-based solutions – to corporate and institutional clients.

Building on this revenue-generating software business, Solita is now developing MetaEndo, an AI-powered endometrial diagnostics platform for fertility clinics. A Cyprus-registered holding company, “Solita Holding PLC”, intends to consolidate these activities and serve as a platform for listing on the German Open Market segments (Hamburg / Stuttgart).

Market opportunity

  • The global IVF market is estimated at USD 19.5 billion in 2022 and is projected to grow to more than USD 40 billion with an expected CAGR of around 7.8% in the coming years.
  • Fertility clinics account for almost 80% of IVF market revenues, and North America alone represents over 40% of the market.
  • Current AI solutions in IVF are mostly focused on embryo assessment, while endometrial receptivity and broader patient-level data remain under-served.

MetaEndo is being designed to address this gap by combining embryo-agnostic, endometrium-centric diagnostics with a SaaS-based delivery model for clinics.

Experience from our B2B software and AI projects – especially in data-intensive and regulated environments – is directly reused in the design, deployment and maintenance of the MetaEndo platform.

Business model

  • Primary customers: fertility clinics and IVF centres; diagnostic labs as partners.
  • Commercial model: SaaS (Software as a Service) and remote diagnostic service accessed via an online platform, allowing clinics to upload digital histology images and clinical data and receive AI-generated reports.
  • Scalability: remote service, limited dependence on heavy equipment, and use of existing pathology infrastructure at clinic level.

The existing B2B software business of Solita provides recurring revenues and supports the build-out of the MetaEndo platform without relying solely on external capital.

Technology and R&D

MetaEndo is an R&D-intensive project that integrates:

  • deep neural networks and other machine-learning algorithms for automated analysis of digital endometrial histology;
  • clinical, hormonal, and immunological data to model the implantation window;
  • collaboration with the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences and experienced reproductive medicine specialists.

The system is currently in the development and validation phase. As described in the project documentation, risks include the availability and quality of research data, potential accuracy limitations of machine-learning algorithms and the need for sufficient clinical validation before broad commercial roll-out.

Listing and market structure

Solita Holding PLC is being prepared for potential admission to trading on exchange-regulated Open Market (Freiverkehr) segments in Germany. These markets:

  • are not EU-regulated markets within the meaning of MiFID II;
  • are primarily designed for small and mid-sized growth companies and involve higher risk and lower transparency.

Admission to trading on such segments may occur without an approved EU prospectus and should not be interpreted as an endorsement of the issuer's financial position or prospects by the exchange or any regulator.

Risk notice

Investing in shares of small, early-stage companies listed on Open Market / Freiverkehr segments is highly speculative and may involve a significant risk of loss, including the total loss of the invested capital.

Nothing on this page constitutes investment advice, an investment recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any securities of Solita Holding PLC or UAB Solita. Any investment decision should be based on the investor's own analysis, possibly with the assistance of an independent financial adviser.

The information on this website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute, and must not be construed as, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities of Solita Holding PLC or UAB Solita, nor as investment advice or a recommendation.

Any future admission of Solita Holding PLC shares to trading on German Open Market (Freiverkehr) segments would take place on exchange-regulated, non-EU-regulated markets, which have less stringent transparency and investor-protection requirements than EU-regulated markets. Investing in small, growth-stage companies is highly speculative and may result in the loss of the entire amount invested.
